The bolt unlock button works in conjunction with the top-tang safety to provide an added measure of safety, while the 60 degree bolt lift is fast cycling and allows you to work the bolt quickly. The Target model features a drilled and tapped, steel receiver with a 20 MOA Picatinny rail; free-floating bull, gray stainless steel, fluted barrel with muzzle brake and 5/8-24 threads; McMillan A3-5 with adjustable comb, textured gripping surfaces and Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad.
